Battery health and carrier lock status are only described as verified after an actual check is recorded. A supplier battery minimum applies to a listing or condition grade. A measured battery percentage applies to the exact handset. RAM is working memory and is listed separately from storage. Product photos are model references. Battery capacity can change with use.
Before you accept a quote, we will state the exact phone condition, verified battery health where available, carrier lock status, accessories, and any known defects. Model-level details do not replace checks on the handset being supplied.
The displayed warranty describes the Canadian supplier’s terms. Your quote states which coverage applies to your order in Zimbabwe. Any commercial warranty must be written in your final quote, including provider, duration, coverage, exclusions, claim process, geographical coverage and who pays shipping. A Canadian supplier warranty may not cover use or returns from Zimbabwe.
Report a fault through dashboard support with the order reference and description. Do not send a device without return instructions. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
